  • 1969Develops and sells plastic spatulas.
  • 1971Relocates to Nobitome, Niiza.
  • February 1981Incorporates as Inoue Shokai Limited. Takeshi Inoue is appointed President. Capitalized at 1 million yen.
  • February 1988Relocates to new company building in Honda, Niiza. July 1991 Increases capital to 5 million yen.
